There's pasta and there's pasta.

La Dotta Pasta Bar is a passion project of restaurateurs Debby and Choti Leenutaphong (Vesper Cocktail Bar, 80/20 & 4th Wall) and long-time collaborator Chef Francesco Deiana. The first of its kind in Thailand, we specialise in serving handcraft-quality fresh pasta, just like how it is done in Italy.

Details do matter in making the perfect plate of pasta. Sardinian-born Chef Francesco Deiana is in charge of creating all of our dishes as inspired by the rich & fertile land of Italy. He probably makes countless of pasta and we believe he has mastered the perfect recipes.

Yes, our pasta is divine. So is our non-pasta dishes. Whether it be our Small Plates or our Mains, we got you covered. Think Australian Wagyu Tartare & fresh Burrata, Grilled Spanish Octopus Tentacles served with chickpeas & sultanas, and Bomboloni filled with Nutella, they are perfect companions to your pasta dishes.
