La Dotta is a passion project of restaurateurs Debby and Choti Leenutaphong (Vesper Cocktail Bar, 80/20 & 4th Wall). We serve handcraft-quality fresh pasta like how it is done in Italy -

for an everyday price.

Details do matter in making the perfect plate of pasta. Chef-partner Francesco Deiana is in charge of creating all tof our dishes as inspired by the rich & fertile land of Italy. He probably makes countless of pasta and we believe he has mastered the perfect recipes.

Our award-winning sommelier handpicks a selection of predominantly Old World natural wines - biodynamic and sustainable - to accompany that delicious plate of pasta.

As a sister restaurant to Vesper Cocktail Bar (Asia's 50 Best Bars 2016 - 2023 & No. 55 in The World's 50 Best Bars 2023), our cocktails are no afterthought either as the drinks are drawn from revisiting the great classic Italian cocktails.
